My name is Chef Dieter M Weber. My mission is to create the most exquisite cuisine on earth. I specialize in German and Western European culinaria but not limited to these styles. With Thirty years of experience in kitchens on two continents, four countries, and two states, I have been trained by some of the best chefs in the world. Chefs who believe in the passion of food, an immersion of body and soul combined with nature’s bounty to create an art that takes precedence over life itself.

My goal is simple, to take the familiar flavors of childhood and evolve them into the sublime, to transform the ordinary into the extreme. Beginning in my Grandmother’s kitchen and the long road that I have traveled since, I’m assured that I can provide you and your guests with a memorable dinning experience. I will work with you to personalize any menu for any occasion or event.

I’m currently based out of the kitchen of the Heidelberg Restaurant in New York City. I am serving the Tri-Boro, North Jersey and Greater New York areas. Available for Catering, Personal Chef, and Private Instruction to satisfy your every culinary desire.
